How long does a voucher last for?
Each voucher lasts for 12 months and will have an expiry date printed on it. You can use the voucher at any time before the expiry date.

How do I use the voucher?
You simply email us and request a specific date and time for your ride, we will check availability and book you in accordingly. At busy periods we need as much lead time as possible, but sometime we can also fit you in at short notice.

Does weather affect my booking?
Yes, the last thing you want to do is ride on the back of a Harley Davidson in the rain. We always check the weather before your scheduled ride and by agreement we will reschedule your booking.

Where does my ride start from?
When you book your ride we determine where is the most convenient place to start, this could be your home, place of work or elsewhere.
Will I be safe?
Each Harley rider is a very capable and experienced motorcyclist, he/she will not take risks with you as a pillion and will ride as slow or fast as you are comfortable with observing the legal speed limit at all times.

How many Harley Davidson Motorcyclists do you have on your books?
We have a database of 300+ Harley Owners on our books who live all over the United Kingdom, Cornwall to London to Edinburgh, we cover all areas. However, occasionally we may not have a rider who lives close enough to you so we may ask that you travel to a more convenient start location.

Are the vouchers refundable?
Once the voucher has been purchased, it may be redeemed by the purchaser within 14 days of purchase for a refund less our admin fee of £25. After 14 days has passed then the voucher is not refundable.
How many Harleys can I book?
As many as you want. If you want to have 6 x Harley riders escort your wedding car for instance then we would give you a special group price. Please ask for a quote.
